Foxbit Teams Up with Lightspark for Lightning Integration

We’re excited to share that Foxbit, one of Brazil’s leading cryptocurrency platforms, has chosen Lightspark to integrate the Bitcoin Lightning Network into its Foxbit Pay service. A pioneer in the cryptocurrency market in Brazil since 2014, the Foxbit group provides a comprehensive ecosystem for all types of operations involving cryptocurrencies and is at the forefront of crypto innovation in the region. 

With this integration, Foxbit will use Lightspark to enable Foxbit Pay customers to transact with Bitcoin via the Lightning Network. Foxbit Pay is a solution that allows individuals and legal entities to accept cryptocurrencies as payment and receive them as they prefer, instantly and securely. Payment is made via a QR Code that can be shared via messaging apps, SMS or email. 

This new integration enhances Foxbit’s offerings, allowing customers to receive BTC payments instantly and affordably, trade BTC for local currencies, and cash out seamlessly.

The partnership enables Foxbit to leverage a scalable and reliable node infrastructure, providing users with a straightforward and intuitive interface. This development opens the door to innovative payment solutions, allowing Foxbit's product and engineering teams to focus on enhancing the overall customer experience without getting bogged down by the complexities of managing a large-scale Lightning implementation.
