Lightspark Expands Its Go-to-Market Team with Three Senior Hires

Last month we launched Grid Global Accounts, a full-stack financial account infrastructure that lets any platform turn its app into a global financial account, without becoming a bank. Platforms can now offer branded dollar accounts, Visa debit cards, instant payouts across 65+ countries and 14,000+ banks, and an account built AI-native from day one — with scoped, revocable permissions so agents can transact within boundaries users control. Every piece of that stack used to belong to someone else — interchange, FX margin, reserve yield, etc. Now it stays with the platform.

Grid Global Accounts changes who we sell to, what we sell, and how. It raises the bar for the team behind it. So we're thrilled to welcome Christina Potter as Vice President, Enterprise; Alexander Gillette as Vice President, Fintech; and Griffin Camper as Product Marketing Lead.

Meet the team

Christina Potter, VP Enterprise

Christina brings over 15 years of payments and fintech experience. She has held senior roles at PayPal, Verisign, and Payoneer, led pay-by-bank adoption at Trustly, and most recently served as VP Enterprise at BVNK.

At Lightspark, Christina will lead go-to-market efforts with  global enterprises, marketplaces, big tech, large banks and card networks, owning the relationship with our most strategic accounts as we expand the Visa partnership and pursue enterprise integrations.

Alexander Gillette, VP Fintech

Alex joins from Ripple, where he led commercial efforts across crypto-native and traditional financial institutions since 2023. His twelve-plus years in B2B fintech span payments, crypto, SMB lending, marketplace lending, BaaS, and brokerage infrastructure.  

At Lightspark, Alex will lead sales into payments service providers, payroll, exchanges, neobanks, and fintech platforms, driving early Grid Global Accounts adoption.

Griffin Camper, Product Marketing Lead

Griffin brings nearly two decades of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem growth. As employee #8 and first sales hire at NextRoll, he helped scale the company from zero to $150M+ ARR, founding the NYC office and building a 50-person team. He later co-founded Tento, building a partner-led fintech distribution model from scratch that originated $25 million in loan volume.

At Lightspark, Griffin will own product marketing, shaping how Grid Global Accounts, Spark, and Lightspark's expanding capabilities are positioned and communicated as the company enters its next phase of growth.
